Opis
Pothole have developed in the alley between Monument Ave and w. Grace st 2907 and are getting larger. It appears to be a water issue as well. Water has been pooling there for weeks and this is without any significant rain until yesterday. There have been sinkhole and water issues in this area before. If not fixed before winter this will be a major problem for residents and trash collection. Thank you
