For several weeks, all of the heavy construction equipment for the new gas main project have been parked on Oakland Ave. That now includes a large pile of dirt, which is creating a huge mess. It seems this construction is to go on for some time, and I request that a better place (non-residential) be found to park the vehicles and mess they leave behind. There is the parking lot right across the street that seems appropriate. I realize this is Eversource and their contractors, but the town must have given permission for the overnight 24/7 parking of the vehicles. Thank you for your time.
