You could also discuss it at your monthly Neighborhood Crime Prevention Council Meeting, if you haven't already done so a hundred times with no results.
The PSOs (Problem Solving Officers) usually attend the monthly meetings.
Beat 30Y is Eastmont and meets the 4th Wed of the month, with no meetings in Nov, Dec. It looks like the meetings are at 6:30pm at Praise Fellowship Church at 7711 MacArthur Blvd.
