THE LIGHT IS GIVING A GREEN TURN ARROW TO NORTH BOUND DRIVERS WHEN NO ONE IS IN THE TURN LANE SO BY THE TIME THE LIGHT TURNS GREEN THE TRAFFIC IS ALMOST BACKES UP TO PARK BLVD,THEN ONLY HALF THE CARS MAKE IT THRU AND IT AND THE PROCESS STARTS ALL OVER AGAIN.PLEASE STOP THAT ARROW FROM CHANGING WHEN NO ONE IS THERE.

The vehicle detection units have stopped working for the northbound left turn bay. Until the vehicle detection is restored, you will notice the signal being called to that phase consistently (without this, the left turns would never receive service since the signal controller has no way to detect them).
Our signal crew continues to work to restore all of the necessary equipment to proper working order.
