AT&T has a large line truck blocking the greenway right across from the Bandwidth construction site on Reedy Creek Rd. The AT&T crew is working across the street at the Bandwidth site and the truck was not in use when I came through. There are no work zone cones set up around the truck. I asked one of the AT&T employees if he could move the truck over a little to clear all or part of the greenway and he said “NO!” The greenway is blocked such that you either have to go across the ditch and into Reedy Creek Rd to get around it, or go between the truck and the horse farm fence where there is a hazardous dropoff.
