You need to fill out a service request order with CALTRANS. Fairly simple to due. The homeless thing is completely out of hand. At least we not have SFs problem yet.

Hi Nancy, You can just fill out this form, as David suggests. You will get a reference number from CalTrans and updates. It makes it easier to follow up with CalTrans. The seeclickfix issue numbers don't match the CalTrans numbers.

This seems to be an on-going issue. It gets cleaned up and a day later they are back. Maybe an enforcement issue?

Without surveillance cameras, how do you deter and catch illegal dumpers and enforce illegal dumping laws?

Its risky but put bounties out for these scoff laws. If the city makes it worth the peoples time and risk they will start putting more effort in filming the dumpers at work. Some are so feed up they are doing it for free.
