Description

The stairways leading from the interior of the Boulevard Tunnel up to Decatur St have become a haven for homeless people, and are consistently filled with trash and human excrement. Given that this is the most direct route from Cabbagetown to the King Memorial MARTA, more needs to be done to keep this area clean and safe. Better lighting and regular APD foot patrols would help.
