Springfield avenue in front of the 911 memorial and next to the Presbyterian church, by the intersection with north union, needs repair badly. It has been a mess since the winter, and it is a series of potholes and breaks in the pavement. I'm afraid it will cause lots of damage if it is not repaired before this winter. Please pave it! Thanks
