  The lot in question has now gone from having many large trees cut down to the presence of equipment working at clearing the property. There is still no clearing permit posted. Please address this. If it is not a permitted activity it should not be allowed to continue.

  It’s been 30 days since this issue was reported. Can you please update the status of the situation.

  Of note. The clearing portion of this project included creating a driveway onto Belle Hill ln. In addition to no posted clearing permits there are no silt or runoff prevention precautions being taken.
  This area is part of the Murden creek watershed, upstream of the state highway project to improve fish habitat and a potential silt contributor to the stream system if left as is.

  Hello? What is the status of the investigation into the legality of this project. I saw that the property was again worked on over the weekend. Many more trees taken out and more excavation performed. The photos show the three stacks of logs on the property. And the bare dirt with no runoff protection. and the home that is being remodeled. With no sign of clearing or building permits.
