Description
I can't even begin to say how many times cars on Norfolk street (who have a stop sign) turn left or right in front of oncoming traffic when turning on to Farm Hill. More than once I have had to slam on my breaks. It's like they are playing chicken. It's very, very dangerous. Just put an unmarked cop car in front of the basketball court and you will see exactly what I mean. They have no regard for the oncoming traffic. Even more dangerous if there is a game going on and traffic is parked on either side and people are walking on the street. This whole area needs to have more parking restrictions and failure to completely stop at a stop sign enforcement's.
