at the bigening of this week (9/15/14) you guys were updating street lights with more energy efficient ones in all my near by streets but you forgot to replace this two in particular (3176/3178) why? I expect them to be replace just like the ones across the street from my and make it look equal to all the streets especially during nite time....i do appreciate your help in getting the job done equal here! thank you for your understanding.
