Citizen called office stating the the lights are staying red longer on forest hill ave and bliley road stays green longer and she change sooner for traffic turning off of forest hill ave so that it doesn't has traffic backed up on forest hill ave. the timing is set wrong for both sides.

found a problem with the phase 4 walk push button wire. we believe it has been hit and pinched somewhere as it is holding a permanent call causing the lights to cycle when no one is there.
