Deskripsyon

Dumpsters right on southwest corner of 6th & Wharton ALWAYS overflowing, never kept in their enclosure with doors closed, smells, litter everywhere. The Asian shopping mall owners always get cited, clean up for a day or two and then it's terrible again!

I agree. Both this and the dumpster on 11th street just south of Washington are constantly in violation.

Yes, I walk by this spot and see untended dumpsters with trash overflowing all the time. A related issue is the yard behind these businesses, which is used as an open-air dump. I opened this ticket:
