Description

The speed bumps on Ney and Outlook haven't helped slow traffic on Parker between MacArthur and Outlook. Please put speed bumps on Parker as well. People speed so fast up and down the hill and so many close accidents with pedestrians! Please put speed bumps before someone is killed.
