I have called the city twice over the last year and a half requesting the large pile of branches to be removed from side of the road. It looks like remains of branches cleared from the road after a storm. I am a new owner in this neighborhood and I am concern of flooding as this has been placed directly in front of a culvert/stream bed as well as pile attracting unwanted insects and rodents.
