Earlier this year the city cit down this tree that ha grown over and obscured the only street lamp on the corner of 8th and Tulane. It has grown back, and once again the light is blocked. Given yesterday's burglary at 801 Tulane, this is a crime and safety issue. The area must be lit and visible for both residents and police.
