This morning at ~8:30 the lights on 100 Street where you can turn into the Crystal Center or the Sandman Inn were locked on red. There was railway maintenance happening as well, which I'm guessing may have had an impact on this. This is the second time in the past month that these lights have locked on red during morning rush hour.
