Description
There is a large piece of the concrete sidewalk that has completely broken off and is resting on the tree roots. The piece is very heavy and is hazardous to the residents of the area who park on the street adjacent to the tree. The loose piece needs to be removed.

This situation has been formally reported to Richmond Sidewalk Mgmt Team (20020955906 - Sidewalk Safety & Maintenance Repair) so that proper inspection, consideration and handling can take place accordingly.
