Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Since the standpipe is on the elementary school property I have notified the school district maintenance manager.
If you don't find that it has been repaired in the next couple of days, please contact the School District office at 206-393-6111.
Since this is a school district issue I'm closing this file at this time.
