City of Brookhaven City Manager's Office assigned this issue to Brookhaven Department of Public Works

Georgia Power is responsible for maintaining street lights.

Please understand that these pole are property of Georgia Power. You would have to contact them with any problems of outages. The pole will need to be marked with a ribbon so that they can identify it during the day. The numbers can be found on the Brookhaven Public Works website. We will try to contact them as well.
