Description

The left turn signal turing north from Millbrook to Six Forks changes from time to time to only allow a small number of cars to turn left.
Not sure why it changes but each time it's usually around 5PM and I have called over 10 - 15 times. It will usually change back the next day or two, but then after several weeks or months it changes back to the wrong timing.
