Public works have not picked up these recycling bins because they are filled with trash that someone put over here after they were left by Dunkin Donuts trash bin. I called over a month ago and they are still here. And now people are dumping right beside of it. You pull down the street every day and this is what you see. To make it worse they have not swept that side of the street in about 2 months....
