Where do I go to find out the resolution to this issue?

Good question Stacey. Westbury Square is still crumbling yet the city refuses to do anything about it. Opening another 311 report with recent pictures would be a good start.

Right? They closed the ticket so I'm curious what that means? No action? An action plan?

I don't think it means much, and certainly doesn't mean anything will be done about this safety violation. I've been getting tons of 311 case closures lately. There is some house cleaning going on with respect to open cases. Some of them are two and three years old. Many, many cases are closed with no action or resolve. So there's that.

JWild - have you been by there to see if anything was cleaned up? If not, I guess "closed" means something different in this system??

I have not, but I'm willing to bet you an adult beverage that nothing has been done. " Closed " means the City of Houston doesn't want to do anything about this dangerous situation.
