This is a horrible misuse of this format. I know for a fact the home owner was being treated for cancer and had very little help. The trailer was left in the yard because they lacked the strength to put it back alongside the garage. A neighbor could have helped, but the resident had to call someone from outside the community to help. Also, as I drive down the street and see at least 6 other properties in similar states and violations of city ordinances. I wonder what the motive is behind the reporter. The Pride Flag on the bumper? Maybe their race or religion?
