Description
The left turn light to turn into the shopping center (Target, Best Buy, etc.) has a light that only allows 5 seconds to turn, which is too fast. The wait to turn left is about 2 minutes, too long to wait, too quick to get enough cars to turn.

Please ..... the signal for Southbound Rochester Road onto Eastbound Barclay Circle (Best Buy, Olive Garden, Chili's, Target) gets TWO green arrows ( one at the start and one at the end of the cycle for North/South traffic ) for left handed turns during the cycle of signals for the intersection. I was on Westbound Barclay Circle making a left onto Southbound Rochester Rd. ( where two lanes are allowed to make a left ) just this morning ( 8:30 AM ) and only 4 cars cars in each lane made the turn on the signal change before getting a red without any gap between cars.
Maybe blame the jack$$$ drivers who are not paying attention to the signal change and thus causing a gap in tracking by the Smart-Trac electronic tracking system which starts a potential signal change.
