OF THE TWO TREES THIS BLOCK, MORE SOUTHERLY OAK'S TREE BOX EXPANSION IS COMPLICATED BY A PARKING METER NOT EASILY RELOCATED. THE MORE NORTHERLY OAK'S LOCATION, ADJACENT A BUS STOP---ALSO PRESENTS PROBLEMS. PARTICULARLY THE MINIMUM 4' X 4' OF OPEN SOIL REQUIRED BEING VULNERABLE TO FOOT TRAFFIC COMPACTION BY BUS PATRONS.
