I don't understand why the lower end of Yorkshire (called Haverhill on your map) was not resurface last year after the Howell Dr sewer/water contractor virtually destroyed the pavement moving materials for the job that had been stored there. I feel like I'm entering a Third World country every time I turn on,to my street.
