Description
The south section of the front porch is severely slanting and disconnecting from the rest of the porch. The front porch roof uses this section for support. Both the front and back porch roofs severely leak when it rains due to water damage on the exterior shingled roof and the cosmetic porch ceiling. Front porch railings are not properly secured.
