Restricted parking on this block is in effect until Oct 5 from 7 am til 5 pm to allow for construction staging.
Workers were long since gone today when your representative pulled up at 4:57 and began issuing tickets to people who just parked.
Where's the good judgment and a rule of reason? I didn't get one of these tickets but am sickened nonetheless.
