Hello, I believe the tree that took out the power was on the other side of 69 High street as I was on scene that night, that being said the Tree that you are referring to now is in poor condition and in my opinion should be removed, unfortunately this Tree is on private property and it is the responsibility of the owner to remove the Tree. I will reach out to the owner to request that the Tree be removed.
