    This tree has been a hazard for years. Some years back a portion took out power for over 7 days killing all of my Salt water fish. More of the tree has fallen. Residents of O'Brien ave must stop under before exiting onto High Street. This is a hazard. I am afraid to linger for fear of it it cashing down. I have reported this tree in the past.

    pothole near pole 4 on O'Brien ave. Road is in disrepair. Hasn't had a new paving since sewer lines went in. Tar crumbling. Also Near pole 2 large area of tar missing.

    When traveling on 18 from stop& shop to Marcellos when you pass glen street the road now has like 3 ripples. I believe this to be new since construction. Don't now what would cause this or if it was a serious issue. Thank you

    Snow and ice has collected on the side of the school roof. Workers removed snow from center of school but not from sides. We have been told to remove all snow and ice from our roof. This has not been done to the school. On the back side where children enter and exit drift has to be over 4 feet deep on roof.

    Removal of sign. reported on 7/16 was told sign Dead end would be replaced. This sign has not been replaced and issue has been closed. I don't know why if sign has not been replaced the issue is closed.
