Description

Due to work on Elm and Howe traffic is backed up for many blocks. Need person to monitor traffic proceeding onto Whalley and Broadway

hahahahah Will never happen- New Haven doesn't care about traffic back ups.

Find another way to go or avoid New Haven altogether- there's nothing left here to see anyways
