The dumpster is pushed back now. The associated issue was furniture (4 to 5 upholstered chairs and love seats) placed by the dumpster. It's taken a while, the couches & chairs are gone. The last one was broken up by a metal recycler, stayed on the verge of Lumber St for about 2 or 3 weeks, and someone, a good samaritan (not the landlord I believe), placed the pieces in that property's private dumpster.
