Description

The left turn signal at the intersection of 98 and South Main St. Is a disaster. Headed west on 98, it takes more than 10 minutes to turn left onto South Main St. This morning, around 8:30 a.m., the left turn arrow only allowed 8 cars at a time to turn left. This backs up the left lane on the 98 Bypass headed west. Left lane traffic is severely backed up. It's very dangerous. This is supposed to be a bypass. It's just a congestion fiasco!
