Many dog owners in the area feel the pathway along the storm pond and the school yard are both off leash parks/areas The dog excrement left behind is bothersome beyond words Enforcement over the weekend and/or sunny evenings would be much appreciated It's wild how many dogs are let to run free with their handlers scrambling to leash them up while I pass by, dog on a leash I am tired of the empty apologies for their dog approaching and inciting a reaction of any kind It's simply unacceptable ..
