Description

There is a sign at the edge of the sidewalk in front of Wells Fargo that blocks the view of oncoming (eastbound) traffic if waiting to turn behind the painted limit line. Vehicles exiting the shopping center parking lot must roll forward, blocking the sidewalk in order to see traffic coming towards them.
