Description

I saw somebody on Mt. Vernon post about the rats. I have lived on Montrose St. for 58 years, my whole life, and this is just disgusting. I am pretty much afraid to go outside because of these rats. Yesterday I saw one in my yard the size of a cat. Something has to be done, or I really have no problem putting poison everywhere. I will not even have people over for a BBQ afraid a big rat is joining the party. This City should be ashamed of itself. Now, I think it is too late. Just wondering if I could get reimbursed for the rat poison.
