This is a empty corner lot, Shelton Ave and Windsor Ave, that hasn't been mowed all summer. The grass is 3 ft tall. People throw garbage in the lot and park on the Windsor
Ave side and carry on drug deals. With the tall grass, it is easy to hide. This area needs to be mowed and have garbage removed. Maybe that will cut down the other unwanted traffic.
