I did file a service request on the Philadelphia 311 website and was informed today that the issue has been closed. Yet, nothing has been done clean out the area. It has, in fact, become worse, and it is now obvious that rodents have chewed through several of the garbage bags. I was told by a 311 operator that the streets department does not respond to the dumping of trash left BEHIND site. A complaint was then filed with L & I and I was told that the issue should be addressed within the next 20 days.

This is getting worse with more and more trash being dumped into the lot.
