Description
There is invasive sumac and Japanese knotweed that has been growing wild for ages up on the cliff. This is a Jersey City street and and needs to be maintained as such. The residents of Ogden and Mountain have been doing this job themselves for years. It is enough! Now since the sumac grows unchecked, the area has become a lanternfly breeding ground. (See photo)
