Are the bikes at the rack outside the entrance to the T stop or elsewhere? We need to know because those racks are the property of the MBTA. We can notify them of the requests, but the city cannot cut tohse bike locks. Please let us know either way

Becasue this is not on city property, the city cannot remove bikes from MBTA racks. We have notified them of this issue on your behalf. Should it happen again in the future, please feel free to call them directly at (617)222-3200. Thank you.
