Description
Sign is bent over toward sidewalk like a banana, posing a safety hazard to anyone walking on the sidewalk. A tall person could easily take a no parking sign to the face.

Further Action-DDOT's standard is to investigate and respond to sign requests within the timeframes as indicated. Call the Mayor's Call Center at 311 if the problem hasn't been resolved by the specified time of completion. Reference your SR # 1398108

9/8/14-INSTALLER A.L. REPLACED DAMAGED POLE AND HE ALSO REPLACED THE DAMAGE AM/PM RUSH HOUR SIGN.
