I am closing this issue because I am moving out of Middle Tennessee. Also, I believe that this is an ongoing problem anyway. Somebody can pick up the litter, and within a day there will be more litter lying along the side of the road. This is an issue that I believe the Beacon Square Neighborhood Association needs to address. There used to be a sign down at the bottom of Cabot Drive, near Charlotte Pike that said Cabot Drive had been adopted by the Beacon Square Neighborhood Association. Maybe some of the members of the Association could organize a monthly litter pickup campaign? In anycase, since I am moving, if somebody else wants to pick up the cause, then maybe they can reopen the issue.
