Description

All of the trees planted along this stretch of mandela parkway on both sides and around the 580 overpass have overgrown weeds filling up their little patch of dirt in the sidewalk. These weeds need to be weed wacked down as they probably are stunting the growth of the planted trees. It also looks really ugly as well!
