The east-bound lanes of 84th Avenue from 111th to 110th street has very significant dips and cracking areas around manhole covers - causing driving difficulties. It also has a significant impact on area businesses, since it cause large trucks to bounce so badly that the buildings rattle, shake and create a difficult work environment.
