I have reported this situation numerous of times. The city will run out and put yellow notice... the owner rides through sees the notice mows down grass but never takes care of the situation with the overgrown bushes and etc. He has until September 8, 2014 to correct the issue according to Lamont with the city of fayetteville. If not fully corrected, further action will be taking. Thank you Mike for reporting this situation.

September the 8 has came and gone and this yard still remains a mess. High grass, vines growing along fence line, etc. So now what?

When is something going to be done about this yard. September 8 was over a week ago and this still remains an issue.

Here it is the end of the Month of September 2014, and NOTHING IS DONE ABOUT THIS PROPERTY. Lamont with code enforcement promised me that after September 8, 2014, something would be done about this property. IT HAS NOT. Why is the city NOT DOING something about this property?

The Code Enforcement Administrator has closed this case. This violation at this property has been corrected.
