THERE IS A LARGE PILE OF DEBRIS, GARBAGE, DEAD TREE LIMBS ON CAROLINE STREET BETWEEN WHEELER AND ROSEBUD FOR MONTHS. IT IS VERY NEAR THE MEXICAN CONSULATE AND CHILD CARE CENTERS. RATS HAVE BEEN SEEN IN THE DEBRIS. PLEASE CLEAN THIS MESS UP and stop closing the case!
