I have been meaning to report this issue but I keep forgetting. Anyway, all the new LED Lights the city installed are not turned on at night on Locke St, leaving the section from Webster Ave to Webster Ct extremely dark. Can someone come by to repair/turn them back on, especially since winter is approaching and daylight is shortening?
