Description

Estuary path lamps in Peralta Park southeast of old Kaiser Convention center don't ever seem to be on, though the pathway and jungle gym are open to public (and campers). I know this is construction, but this makes for a really uninviting tie from Laney/10th street to the lake. The lights under Lake Merritt Blvd are super bright, but there isn't another light until 10th.
