Why was my issue closed even though the debris is still in the median? My report has yet to be addressed, please fix.

I have reported this pile of trash before. Parts of it have been hauled off, but never all of it. Then it grows again and has become a dumping ground infested with rats. Maybe the Mexican Consulate can do something.

10 a.m. on Wednesday, September 3: The pile is still there. I noticed a large rat running into it.

As of 2:17 p.m. on 9/4/2014, the debris is still there. The location is between Wheeler St. and Rosewood St. on Caroline. PLEASE CLEAN THIS MESS UP, Houston!
